Advance payment of the full stay by credit or debit is required. If you have reserved a standard room, should you need to cancel, you may 5 days prior and receive a 80% refund, 20% is to cover the cancellation process and credit card fees. Inside of 2 days there are no refunds. If you have reserved a unit with a full kitchen, there are no refunds after reservation.
CHECK IN is 3pm. For check-ins after 8 PM guests must contact us by 6 PM to arrange late arrival. CHECK OUT is 10 AM. If you wish to stay longer, (for an additional fee) please notify us in advance as this room has been contractually promised to other guests. If belongings are left in the room, we will be required to remove them to prepare for the next guest.
The Pondside Motel is a non-smoking pet free facility and if you smoke in the room or the enclosed porch or bring in a pet your credit card will be charged a $250 cleaning fee for standard rooms and $500 for units with kitchens.
A valid Credit Card must be on file and will be charged accordingly if these policies are not adhered to or for damages or extra cleaning. Debit Cards for security must be charged in advance at least $100 and refunds may take up to two weeks.
