Please keep in mind we are a small facility, therefore we do have a strict cancellation policy and the loss of deposit can be steep, based on your length of reservation. Therefore, please only make a reservation if you are committed to coming to the area and our facility, regardless of weather or personal events that may impact your travelling.
If you are booking a long term reservation, we are committing to reserving your unit and turning others away, so please make sure you are committed to us.

To Make a Reservation, you need to Agree and Submit the Cancellation, Arrival, and Non-Smoking Policy *

I agree that my credit card will be charged a one week non-refundable deposit to make a reservation. The second installment of an additional weeks rent is due and non-refundable is due 2 weeks prior. The third installment will be charged to my credit card upon arrival and is non-refundable at that time. I agree that there are no refunds for early departures. I agree that if I do not arrive on check-in day, my reservation is considered cancelled. I agree to arrive by 8 P.M and I agree to call for a late arrlval by 6 P.M. to make arrangements for an arrival after 8 P.M I understand The Pondside Motel is a non-smoking facility and if I smoke in the room or the enclosed porch my credit card will be charged a $250 cleaning fee for standard rooms and $500 for units with kitchens.
