All kitchen units are non-smoking and require a deposit. The deposit on unit 11 & 14 is one weeks rent, which you can pay $50 each week, until the deposit is met. For units 13/15 is $100 each week, until the deposit is met. We will return your full deposit when you leave, as long as you leave your unit in the same condition and cleanliness as the day you arrive. You must also provide us with two weeks notice before your departure.
