Cancellation Policy
Advance payment of the full stay by credit or debit is required. If you have reserved a standard room, should you need to cancel, you may cancel 10 days prior and receive a 75% refund, 9-4 days prior the refund is 50%. Inside of 4 days there are no refunds. If you have reserved a unit with a full kitchen or a unit or a weekly basis there are no refunds after reservation.
CHECK IN is 4pm. For check-ins after 8 PM guests must contact us by 6 PM to arrange late arrival. CHECK OUT is 10 AM. If you wish to stay longer, (for an additional fee) please notify us in advance as this room has been contractually promised to other guests. If belongings are left in the room, we will be required to remove them to prepare for the next guest.
Late check outs will automatically charged $40 per hour.
Check-out of rooms is either your scheduled scheduled day or earlier if items are removed from room and key is surrendered.
The Pondside Motel is a non-smoking pet free facility and if you smoke in the room or the enclosed porch or bring in a pet your credit card will be charged a $250 cleaning fee for standard rooms and $500 for units with kitchens. If you are ejected for any reason, no refunds.
We reserve the right to correct any online pricing errors.

House Rules
1. No Visitors for any length of time.
2. Heat to a max of 70 degrees. Utilities must be turned off when not in room and heat lowed to 62 degrees. During A/C season. Room temp not to be lower than 72 and A/C off when not in room.
3. No Smoking or Vaping in the room. Outside smoking (not in the hall) is fine with the door closed. Dispose of butts in the urn provided.
4. No Pets.
5. Dispose of trash around the back of the building in the dumpster.
6. Quiet time is from 9PM - 9AM.
7. No daily housekeeping service.
8. We do not provide extra towels, coffee etc.
9. Only cooking with micro, no other appliances allowed. No outside barbecues allowed.
10. If you are outside your room, you must be properly clothed. This includes a shirt and shoes.
11. Leave room in same condition and cleanliness as arrival day to ensure full deposit return.
12 Standard rooms must provide 1 weeks notice of checking out, Units with full kitchens must provide 2 weeks
notice of checking out, otherwise 50% of deposit is forfeited.

Any violation of house rules, you will be ejected from the property with no refund. Any weekly rate there are no refunds after booking
